IC Blue Ltd is an active member of the UK Government Apprenticeship Scheme giving young people an opportunity to develop life skills and career options as well as fully contribute to IC Blue’s growth and development.
Our main focus is to offer a well-founded program of training to the young people who start their business careers with us. The high-quality training ensures that our young apprentices develop into capable, and qualified employees who fit perfectly into the requirements of our business as they leave the program. Our aim is to offer our young people a professional perspective and the best opportunities for their future lives.
We currently have five full-time apprentices working through our program. Four of our current employees graduated from the apprentice program and now work in full time positions across the business.
