Supply Programs that Support Your Production Schedule
We support shortage sourcing and scheduled supply with stock held and released against your build. This reduces expediting, protects cashflow and keeps production supplied. Programs are tailored to your commercial and BOM requirements with shortage support available when needed.
Supply Coverage and Capability
IC Blue provides configurable supply services and programs that support OEM and CEM builds from shortage sourcing through to final production. These services reduce expediting, protect cashflow and maintain component availability during builds. Customers engage us during shortage events, for BOM and procurement alignment and for scheduled component supply, with services available individually or combined into tailored supply programs that match commercial terms and production cadence.
Execution is supported by EU-zone fulfilment, territory-based European sales coverage with native-language engagement and a sourcing network of more than 3,000 qualified suppliers. Operations are run from our Leeds logistics facility with local European offices providing commercial support and compliant delivery into the EU.
Industry Misconception
Scheduling with franchise does not equal guaranteed supply. If manufacturers move lead times, pricing or allocation, scheduled deliveries can slip.
IC Blue scheduled programs hold physical stock against contract for your builds only.
Full Stock is purchased on day one of the contract and will be unaffected any supply chain problems or price changes.
Inventory is released to production against your MRP, forecast or call-off window.
Ask your distributor one question: “If lead times move or allocation hits, do you still deliver?”
If the answer is no, that is exposure, not continuity.
Supply Services and Programs
IC Blue supply programs are not rigid service bundles. They can be combined, scaled and customised to fit procurement behaviour, build schedules and long-term production needs.
Scheduled Delivery Programs
Converts build schedules into predictable component deliveries, removing the scramble and uncertainty that often surround long-running assemblies.

Scheduled delivery programs align component supply with production cadence.
IC Blue purchases components in advance and holds stock off the customer’s balance sheet, releasing material against build schedules or call-off windows. This reduces expediting, protects cashflow and stabilises pricing over the build cycle.
This service is typically used for long-running assemblies, repetitive builds and regulated industries where continuity matters more than transactional pricing.
Best used for: repetitive builds, predictable consumption, regulated industries
Buffer & Security Stock
Buffer and security stock absorb forecast volatility and late-stage BOM changes without impacting production.

IC Blue monitors lifecycle status, pricing trends, supply concentration and EOL events, enabling customers to hedge against upcoming allocation, price spikes or LTB deadlines.
Forward buys are often combined with scheduled delivery and buffer stock to support long-validation builds or regulated industries.
Best used for: LTB risk, requalification risk, lifecycle EOL, pricing volatility
CTA: Request Lifecycle Appraisal
Shortage & Obsolete Sourcing
Shortage sourcing provides immediate supply support when production is at risk.

IC Blue maintains a global network of qualified suppliers with compliance screening, traceability controls and certified inspection for non-franchise supply. This enables compliant procurement during allocation cycles, logistics disruption or lifecycle discontinuity.
Customers use this service to bridge gaps until scheduled delivery programs take over.
Best used for: allocation events, line-down risks, decommitments
CTA: Send Shortage List
BOM Appraisal & Supply Alignment
BOM appraisal identifies risk exposure before it becomes a shortage.

IC Blue analyses lifecycle status, alternates, supply concentration, MOQ/MLV alignment and compliance requirements across complete assemblies.
Recommendations cover alternates, sourcing strategy, LTB planning and scheduled delivery alignment. BOM appraisal converts reactive supply behaviour into structured planning models shared across procurement, engineering and production.
Best used for: NPI, redesigns, onboarding new builds, allocation cycles
Forward-Buy & Lifecycle Support
Forward-buy support aligns procurement timing with lifecycle, pricing and allocation signals.

Excess Stock Management
Excess management closes the loop at the end of the build.

IC Blue provides consignment, direct buy-out and hybrid liquidation paths depending on market conditions and customer preference. Material is assessed for remarketing value based on lifecycle, demand and compliance requirements.
This reduces warehouse burden, improves financial recovery and prevents unnecessary write-offs that often follow allocation cycles or overbuild.
Best used for: program closeout, obsolete builds, allocation hangover
